Technology & Business

1. High Throughput Proteomic Analysis
A new protein chip (BlotChipR) was developed and patented by Protosera for high through-put proteomic application. The BlotChip enables proteomic analysis for example: purification, detection, quantification and identification (molecular mass and determination of amino-acid sequence) in a high-throughput and comprehensive manner by directly transferring proteins which are separated electrophoretically to a chip which use a mass spectrometry for identification.
2. Membrane Protein/Ligand Binding
It enables efficient binding and isolation of membrane protein/ligand complex. This technology can be applied for various proteomic applications, like ligand hunting, membrane protein hunting and membrane protein/ligand compound hunting. Our team of research scientists has been working in the proteomic application for pharmaceutical area for a long period of time and this has allowed us to gain an extensive proprietary experience and know-how in this particular field.
