Technology & Business
|
Crafton Biotechnology is a mRNA biotechnology company developing novel therapeutics through proprietary RNA production, delivery, and synthesis technologies. The company is focused on addressing key bottlenecks in mRNA medicine, including impurity-driven innate immune activation, manufacturing complexity, delivery limitations, and the need for improved therapeutic performance in high-value clinical applications. By combining high-purity mRNA production through PureCap (R), application-specific delivery strategies, and advanced RNA synthesis technologies, Crafton aims to enable safer, more scalable, and more clinically translatable mRNA medicines. Crafton is also developing LNP-free intradermal delivery using needle-free jet injectors, as well as mRNA medicines that induce therapeutic antibodies in vivo.
