Mission/Background :
Every creature that live in the earth has genome as a design of life. Currently, individualized disease-related treatment based on genome information for human being is developing but the other industries are not. Nakaki Ryo, CEO in Rhelixa, Inc., is expert for epigenome research, especially for investigating the mechanism of cancer and diabetes in Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology ,The university of Tokyo. All members majored about analyzing life information so we provide best solution not only for disease-related industry but also agriculture, environment and health care of animal industry. It was hard to specialize molecular-level research in private company because of too much expensive expense and difficulty of analysis. However, throughout of our original algorithm that is super efficient for analyzing genome DNA can provide whole new method to analyze life information and contribute to “genome+manufacturing” ,such as making flower that never withered , in the future.

We combine diverse data obtained from epigenome experiments to clarify control factors that maintain and change the state of specific cells and control mechanisms by them. In epigenome information analysis, it is necessary to combine data having different properties such as expression of mRNA, DNA methylation, histone modification, binding of transcription regulatory factors, higher-order structure, and extract useful information.
