Mission/Background :
“The World’s first flow cytometric systems using microfluidic chip!”
Biosafety and damage are big issues for flow cytometric sorting. However, the conventional jet-in-air cell sorters damage the cells severely. We developed a disposable microfluidic chip based cell sorter. The sorting is done by pulse flows, and this brand-new technique is free from any main damage, such as high pressure, ultrasonic and electrical charge.

■ Damage-free sorting： No high pressure, No ultrasonic, No electrical charge
■ Contamination-free sorting： Fit in a biosafety cabinet. Measurement using disposable chip
■ Sorting in the culture medium ：Sheath and sample buffers can be any buffer, such as the culture medium.
■ Small size and maintenance free： State-of-the-art technology made it possible small size sorter. Disposable chip enables wash/maintenance free operation.
