Mission/Background :
The use of computers as business equipment had started spreading in the 90's, and the practical use at the time was mostly paperwork and form-filling. There was nothing like a piece of software that could carry out an intelligent processing in a way that human beings did.
Intelligent processing technology dates back to 1950s, and all kinds of theories, models and prototypes had been attempted. However, they never got to be practical as there was a limited capability of information processing.
In recent years, information processing capability has been progressive and the basis of intelligent computing is being put into place, to become widespread. Our company was established with a goal of creating new software and services that have never existed before, by opening up its potential, via cooperative research with universities and via our self-developed products.

Metagenomic analysis takes a lot of computational resources in general, but by using distributed processing technology, this software performs it at much faster speed.
* Auto-Patho
This is a product collaboratively developed with Osaka University, with the support of subsidy from Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. This software detects tumorigenic cells at very high speed by using the breakthrough algorithm based on the homology theory.
