Our proprietary AI text-mining technologies, A2K and LA2K, quickly and accurately extract target information from large-scale literature. LA2K, specialized for life sciences, automatically integrates gene-related data from publications.
High-precision multi-omics analysis:
Using public RNA-Seq and other data, we clarify gene expression across time, space, and conditions to accelerate identification of trait-related genes. Our AI-based DNA analysis predicts transcription and cis-regulatory factors with high accuracy. Precise inter- and intra-species gene families enable cross-species reference of gene functions, supporting gene discovery even in poorly studied organisms.
